How do I find my foundation shade?
Our Shade Guide walks you through it step by step according to your complexion. You can also send us a photo of your face by email or WhatsApp: we will suggest the shades best suited to you. For an in-person try-on, visit our Châtelet corner where we can advise you personally.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our entire range is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-origin ingredients, no animal testing — our commitment is absolute. Discover our craftsmanship to learn more.
Are your blushers and highlighters suitable for fair skin?
Absolutely! Although designed to reveal Black and brown skin and deeper complexions, our blushers and highlighters are buildable and suit every skin tone. A light touch is enough for a natural, luminous effect on fair skin.
What is the ideal starter kit for beginners?
The perfect kit to start with contains 4 essentials:
  • 1 foundation matched to your complexion
  • 1 compact powder to set the makeup
  • 1 blusher for a fresh complexion
  • 1 gloss for a touch of natural shine
Tip: our compact powder can also be used as a bronzer for an even more harmonious complexion.
How long do the products last after opening?
Our products are designed to last 12 to 24 months after opening. Refer to the PAO pictogram on the packaging (e.g. 12M = 12 months). Store away from heat and direct light.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Mainland France: up to 5 working days.
Europe: 3 to 6 working days.
United Kingdom & North America: 7 to 13 working days.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on orders over €50. Below that, a fee applies depending on your destination.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and North America. For other countries, follow us on social media to be informed of upcoming openings.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
No worries — contact us at [email protected] or via Le Cercle New Black on WhatsApp with your order number. We will check the status with the carrier immediately and find a solution. If needed, we can resend your order or have it ready for collection at our Châtelet corner.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging. Two options:
  • Visit our Châtelet corner to exchange on the spot
  • Send the product back as a tracked parcel to:

How long does it take to be refunded?
The refund is processed upon receipt of your parcel and at the latest within 30 days. The time it takes to appear on your bank account then depends on your bank (1 to 5 working days on average).
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Keep the parcel and its contents, take photos of the product and packaging, then send them to [email protected]. We will dispatch a replacement product as soon as possible and file a claim with the carrier in parallel.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are secured via SSL.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay in instalments via PayPal, with no minimum amount. The option appears automatically at checkout.
