Do my points have an expiry date ?
Your points stay yours as long as your account is active. When you convert them, the voucher generated is valid for 60 days : if it expires unused, your points are automatically refunded to you.
How do I use my points ?
Head to <em>My account → My loyalty points</em>, choose how many points to convert (in tiers of 100), and receive a discount code to enter in your basket.
Can I combine a discount with a promo code ?
The loyalty voucher can be combined with free delivery, but not with another promo code. Pick the benefit that works best for you.
Are my points transferable ?
No. Your points are strictly personal and tied to your customer account, and the voucher generated is personal (reserved for your email address).
